Hello fellow brothers and welcome to the Nansemond Chapter. We proudly serve the area of Suffolk, Isle of Wight, and Surry(Colonial Trail District), and we are glad to have you. As a member of scouting's national honor society, we hope for the best for all our present and future members.
About Us.
We have been a thriving chapter, bustling with many achievements. We have had many brothers excel among others, whether it be Lodge Chief, or even Section Chief! We meet at Oakland Christian Church on the second Wednesday of every month at 7:00pm, so we hope to see you there. When it comes to hard work, we know what it takes. As two major supporters of the Elangomat and Kitchen Committees, we are sure cheerful service is in our blood. There are also many other committees out there Lodge and Chapter wide for your taking. And so with alot of work, you can soon one day be the one in charge.
Who Are We?
We are the best of the best. We are a hardworking and dedicated breed of scouts, in which few have had the privilage to call ourselves arrowmen. We like to have fun, so don't you try to stop us. We create new programs, like Cub Pack Mentoring (one of the first in the nation), we challenge ourselves and take on weighty endeavours. We are the Kitchen Chairmen, the Elangomat Chairmen, the Lodge Treasurer, past lodge and Section officers, and we are Nansemond Chapter!
